Uppercase Unboxing | August

Hey! It’s August, and I just received my Uppercase box for the month! It was a good one, so let’s take a look inside:

Contents:

• Bookish notepad
• Hand-written note from the curator of the box, Lisa
• Poster/postcard with a quote from the book
• The bookmark with page numbers and corresponding codes to enter online for extra content while reading
• The book: P.S. I Like You by Kasie West (signed)
• “Once upon a time” necklace

By far my favorite thing about this box was the necklace, which I adore. The book is definitely not the type of book I would normally pick up, but that’s the cool thing about surprise subscription boxes: they can make you read out of your comfort zone. I’m looking forward to reading something like this.

Unfortunately, I paused my subscription for the time being because I have too many unread books, and fall semester is about to begin, so I probably won’t have lots of pleasure reading time. I plan to pick up the subscription again at some point, maybe around November or December.
